Mainly there are two type of peanuts Bold (Runner) and Java (Spanish). Bold peanut have reddish skin and are oblong in shape whereas Java have pink skin and are spherical in shape.

• Speciation – Moisture: 7-8% Maximum, Oil Content: 48% Minimum Aflatoxin: 4ppb, 5ppb, 10ppb, 15ppb, 20ppb (or as per the requirement).
